How can I order?

You can order online or over the phone. You are also welcome to visit us at Unit 74 Mackley Industrial Estate, Henfield Road, Small Dole, West Sussex, BN5 9XR.

Delivery & Collection

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you are welcome to drop by anytime between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

How soon will I get my items if I order online?

Edge Company offer same day dispatch next day delivery on most orders received by 1pm. This is for UK mainland only and excludes items which need to be sent via pallet and deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Channel Island or off shore.

Returns Policy

What happens with Broken or Damaged Items?

Our products are very well packed, however occasionally items are damaged during transit. Any damaged or breakage needs to be reported to us within 2 working days of the delivery. We may then arrange uplift and return of the item. We would then offer a Refund or arrange for a Replacement to be sent out.
